Coín is located at the northern foot of the Sierra de Mijas with fantastic views of the Guadalhorce Valley, where the beautiful landscape is characterized by olive groves, avocados, orange and nut trees. The town itself offers good shopping, nice cafes and restaurants where you will find a varied selection of tapas and typical local specialties. You will also find many beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Also by car you can reach the coastal city of Malaga, which is wonderful for a day trip.
