La Bandolais - House in the heart of the fishing vilage.

Aegina island is the biggest and most famous island of the Saronic Golf.
The boat will bring you to Aegina's town, a town with the neoclassical architectural style of the 18th century.
Perdika is an old traditional fishing village that keeps all the beauty of the past with an excellent presentation of today's lifestyle.
Is about 9 km or about 10 minutes road from the main town.
There is a bus connexion about every hour.

There is a balcony off about 24qm with a table and chairs.
The area is very calm and you can enjoy your coffee in the morning light or a drink in the late evening.
Each bedroom has its prived small balcony too.
There is a garden around the property.

You have 2 floors in the house.
The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on the 1st floor and the access is by the stairs.
This means that is not very "friendly" to handicapped people and we are very sorry about that fact...
On the ground floor, you will find an open area of 45qm where is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for comfortable living, a living room with a television, a double king-size sofa bed and a dining table.
on the 1st floor, you have an office space with a big double closet, one bedroom with a double king-size bed, one with 2 single beds (90X200cm) and a single closet, a small make-up office with a mirror.
The bathroom has an Italian shower and all the facilities.
The house was totally restored inside and outside in the summer of 2022.

The house we are proposing to you is only a few minutes walk from the Village port, the restaurants and the music bars of the cosmopolitan port Perdika.
The nearest organised but natural beach is within 10 minutes walk.
You will enjoy having a supermarket, bakery and the bus stop just almost next to you.
If you arrive with a car, there is free parking just outside of the property.
In general, the location is excellent for all types of travellers.
