Lake view Apartment

Seebrauer is located on the Afritzer See, with a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The good accessibility, between the large ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen, Tarvisio and Kranjska Gora and the beautiful cities such as Villach and Klagenfurt in the vicinity, makes the location ideal. The lakes Feldsee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Faakersee and Wörthersee are all reachable within 10 to 30 minutes by car. The Austrian lakes are known for the good water quality and the wide variety of water sports activities. Carinthia has the most hours of sunshine and with the mild climate the right weather conditions for your holiday almost all year round.

The apartment, the apartments are located in the historic building Seebrauer. The apartments have been completely renovated and are equipped with all modern comforts. The natural stone floor, the hotel box-spring beds, the sleek elements with wood accents give your holiday a warm home. WiFi everywhere, television with streaming option, kitchen with induction hobs, extractor hood and dishwasher, stunning views of the lake, modern bathroom and the cozy sitting area ensure a relaxing stay.

The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Afritzer See and the Mirnock mountain.
Seebrauer has a private beach for our guests with a sunbathing area, a sloping lake draft and a boat house. You can also use the terrace on the waterfront.
Next to the building is a spacious and safe parking lot.

The historic building does not reveal the modern renovated apartments on the outside. The old beer brewery enjoys many details of the past that have been preserved.
Walking, swimming, cycling, motorcycling, climbing and simply enjoying an active or relaxing holiday, is best with us.
The lakes, the beautiful mountains, the location near Slovenia and Italy, make this place a special one. Whether it's shopping, skiing, hiking, touring, swimming, boating, supping, relaxing or cycling, everything is possible in this part of Carinthia. And don't forget: good food! The good Austrian cuisine, but also the culinary influence of the neighbouring countries, can be found in the many excellent restaurants.

Villach, known for the grandly celebrated Kirchtag and the most beautiful 'living room' in Carinthia, is only 15 km away.
Klagenfurt, the capital of Carinthia with an airport is 40 km away.
Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia is less than 100 km from us and is worth a visit.
Trieste, on the Italian coast, is 120 km away, indicating that the location is ideal for various excursions.

The many lakes in the immediate vicinity offer water sports and relaxation. The mountains such as Palnock, Wollanernock, Gerlitzen and the mountains around Millstätter See and in Bad Kleinkirchheim, guarantee the most beautiful walks and views. Sights such as the Granattor, the Granatium, museums, waterfalls, picturesque towns, attractions such as Nocky Flitzer or the Pyramidenkogel, the world's highest wooden observation tower with slide (!!) all in the immediate vicinity of Seebrauer.

    “Die Unterkunft war nett, der Ausblick sehr schön. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich aber zu selten präsent. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Kochzeile. Da kein Herd vorhanden ist, konnte man Mahlzeiten nur schwer bereiten.”
