We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, this charming flat with sight sea, at less than one kilometre of the beach and being able to accomodate comfortably 5 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of a nice living room, a semi-open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy the beauty of the city. Sheets and towels are extra, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a large screen TV (more than 300 channels), a sofa and a bar opening onto the kitchen.
- A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) and a TV with Bluray player.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV with Bluray player.
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, high chair, fan, ironing board and iron.

By booking this flat, you will be able to enjoy the following facilities during your stay:
- A south-facing balcony to enjoy the beautiful days with terrace furniture, sea view at 300 m as well as the village.

The flat is ideally located in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Between the Rhone and the Mediterranean, come and discover this town built between the sky and the sea where tradition and pilgrimage are mixed. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The western beach of Sainte-Marie-de-la-Mer is 1.8 km away (22 minutes on foot).

You can stroll through the heart of this legendary site that welcomed at the dawn of Christianity Mary Jacobé and Mary Salome. Discover its church and walk in the footsteps of the pilgrims, the dunes and beaches around the village as well as the vast expanses of reeds and the manades. Nature lovers will be delighted and can enjoy horse riding and walking.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the house (subject to availability).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our partner on site, 15 euros for bed linen, 15 euros for bath linen.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of 15€.
- Breakfast can be booked at 8€/person/day, to be booked with our local service provider.
