A cozy, modern apartment in the mountains. The apartment offers a top modern shower with steam bath possibilities. A new kitchen and beautiful furniture. The comfortable pull-out sofa, offers additional sleeping possibilities in the apartment.

In addition, we provide one parking space in the garage. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. A storage room for skis, snowboards and boots, is available to all residents. The Pinpong table in the basement, may also be used.  The bus stop (Churwalden, Furnerschhus) is less than 150m away. With the bus or car you are in 3 minutes at the Gondola lift (Panoramabahn), in about 10-15 min in the center of Lenzerheide, where many activities are available. In less than 3 min by car/bus you can find a Coop and Migros in Churwalden. In the center of Churwalden are numerous restaurants available.
