Residence Daniela is located in the typical Istrian village of Veleniki, only 5 km from Poreč and the sea. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 100m walking distance), guests have access to a 40 m² swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and a jacuzzi for shared use.Parking is private and is located on the property, right in front of the house. well-known restaurant-tavern is located very close, opposite the apartment, and several supermarkets are approx. 4 km away. Upon agreement, breakfast is available in the restaurant for an extra charge.This apartment is located in a separate house on 80m2 of living space, spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, a separate toilet, and a terrace with seating at the entrance.On the 1st floor there are two double rooms each with SAT TV and a bathroom with shower/toilet in the corridor.A spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sitting area and a bathroom is located on the 2nd floor (attic).Treat yourself to a vacation in a relaxed atmosphere in the countryside and spend a vacation you will remember.Youth groups are not allowed.
