This beautiful property, dating back to the year 1890, is located far away from the madding crowds. It is surrounded by nature with many Mediterranean plants and fruits and is ideal for children to play. The landlord, who lives in another house on the property, has a small farm with cows, horses, chickens, cats and dogs. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea from anywhere on the property! The house is built in Istrian style and has rustic furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace and kitchen. On the first floor, there is a living area with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The second floor has two living areas - one with a kitchen and a bedroom and another with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The loft with sleeping arrangements can be accessed via a very steep staircase and hence is not suitable for small children. The minimum ceiling height is 1.3 metres. The property has a small lake and many caves that can be explored. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, ideal for refreshment during hot summer days. The neighbourhood is ideal for fishing, playing ball, walking and much more! You can rent bicycles from the landlord for an extra charge.
