The villa is set within a well maintained exclusive gated community with beautiful gardens, close to the sea with stunning views. Every window of the villa has either a sea view or view of the gardens. The villa has its own heated covered pool, a terrace that incorporates a dining area with BBQ and a relaxed seating area as well as ample room for sun loungers. The villa itself comprises three levels, on the first level, ground floor, is a fully equipped bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The first floor includes one bedroom, plus en-suite bathroom, a lounge, a fully equipped open american kitchen and a dining area. The upper level of the villa includes the master "Tower bedroom" with en-suite as well as another full en suite bedroom. The villa is within walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars and the main towns are only short car journeys away.

    “utemöbler bör bytas ut.
    Avloppet fungerade dåligt och då fungerade tvättmaskinen dåligt.
    Kaffekokaren bör bytas ut.
    Placeringen av porslin och glas bör vara nära diskmaskinen
    Saknade en manual till oss som hyr där man kan läsa ex var man slänger sopor, wifi kod m.m”

    “En hel fantastisk bolig der oversteg vores forventninger, den fremstod pæn, ren og luksuriøs. En hel fantastisk udsigt og omgivelser som ikke kan beskrives men skal opleves.

    Vi blev modtaget af en meget sød og venlig udlejer som viste os rundt i huset, hvorefter han kørte os rundt i området for at vise os indkøbsmulighederne, resturanger og stranden osv. Udlejeren boede i nabohuset og var fantastisk hjælpsom med alt såsom udflugtsmuligheder, printning af vores returbilletter og bestilling af Taxa til lufthavn så vi kunne være der i god tid.

    10 minutters gang til fine indkøbsmuligheder og resturanger dog var det lidt hårdt på tilbagevejen da de sidste 200 meter var ret stejle. (derfor 4 cirkler)”

    “Wir haben unsere Ferien in der Casa Alexandro im Oktober 2015 zu fünft verbracht. Wir waren schon einge Male in Spanien in Ferienhäusern, aber dieses hat uns besonders gut gefallen, nicht nur aufgrund der gemütlichen Einrichtung und den sauberen Räumen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hat sich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und er war stets erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und planen bereits unsere nächsten Ferien in diesem Haus.”

    “Das Haus entsprach genau dem Angebot. Lage, Ausstattung, Umgebung waren genau wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Der Backofen war nicht in Ordnung, am gleichen Tag wurde ein neuer eingebaut. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt weiter empfehlen.”
