This lovely vacation home is located about 3 km from Sorrento, one of the most renowned resorts of the Sorrento peninsula. At a distance of about 20 m there is also the vacation home IKS116, so the property is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together without giving up their privacy. Both vacation homes share the pool and an outdoor space with fitness equipment, and each vacation home has a private equipped area in front of the house. Ideal starting point both for day trips to the wonderful Amalfi Coast, Naples, Pompeii or the island of Capri, and for a day of swimming at the crystal clear sea, located a few kilometers away. The vacation homes are nestled in a lemon plantation, so you can relax overlooking the lemon groves characteristic of this area. Baby crib available on request.

    “Schönes Haus, naturnahe Lage, im unteren Stock viel Platz. Aber: Im oberen Stock nur an wenigen Stellen Stehhöhe wegen der Dachform. Es war ständiges gebücktes Laufen erforderlich, für Personen mit Rückenproblemen ungeeignet. (Wurde bei der Buchung nicht angegeben!)
    Eine kleine Renovierung ist notwendig.
    Das Mauerwerk ist feucht (Ursache nicht ersichtlich), sodass sich an vielen Stellen die Farbe innen löst. Trotz Lüftens immer eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.
    Komplett gefliest, leicht sauber zu halten. Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Haus.
    Achtung: Gefährliche Grundstücksausfahrt direkt an einer Straßenkurve.
