In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Langwies GR" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 8.6 km, indoor swimming pool 8.6 km. Golf course 8 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km, mountain railway 8 km, ski school 8 km, ice field 8 km. Nearby attractions: Chur. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Treffpunkt Hochwang, Arosa-Lenzerheide. Hiking paths: Molinis-Tschiertschen. Please note: car recommended.

    “Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Mietobjekt an ruhiger Lage. Naturschön gelegen. Fast täglicher Besuch von Hirschen, die hinter dem Haus weideten wie Kühe. Kleinere Mängel wie elektrischer Kontakt des Racletteofens, der nicht in die schweizerischen Steckdosen passte oder Wackelkontakt einer Nachttischlampe (Probleme lösten wir selbst mit Hilfe von "Improvisationen"). Mangelhafter Abfluss des Duschwassers, vermutlich aufgrund eines zunehmend verstopften Rohres.”
