Poggio al Colle is a old stonehouse situated in the wonderful hilly landscape between San Gimignano (12 km) and Volterra (20 km), near the hamlet of San Vivaldo with its interesting convent (500 m).. The property is situated in panoramic position and it is part of a farm with 120 ha of vineyards, olive groves an corn fields. It is surrounded by trees and meadows. The house has several outdoor areas with furniture like a porch where to dine al fresco and upstairs a large terrace with a view. A little below the house, in a very good position, there is a swimming pool, sun terrace and separate WC. The furnishing is in style with the house and has some period furniture. The house is for max. 11 adults and 2 childern under the age of 12 years. Country house "Poggio al Colle", renovated, surrounded by trees and meadows. 8 km from the centre of Montaione, in a secluded, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: large garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bath/bidet/WC. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, extra). 50 m2 sun terrace on the top floor. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is quite small. The bedrooms on the top floor have mosquito nets.

    “Rien à dire pour le cadre, la vue , la tranquillité des lieux. Nous sommes par contre déçu de la vétusté de l’infrastructure. Tout est conforme à la description, mais dans un état vieillissant et ce de la literie, des ustensiles de la cuisine jusqu’à la piscine (les bords de la piscine sont rouillés par exemple). C'est le rapport qualité-prix qui pose le problème, bref, pour le prix demandé, tout devrait être à l’état « neuf » ou presque neuf. Mais Entretien journalier de la piscine OK, personne de contact sur place très sympathique.
