Lage:
The hut is very sunny, absolutely quiet, with a wonderful view, in the middle of the skiing and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In winter, ascent by gondola and then chairlift and easy incline accessible (luggage transport with hut owner) or non-skiers can walk 1km after the gondola to the hut. In summer you can drive directly with your own car (1x toll). In summer the cows are on the pasture and the landlord comes by twice a day to milk them.

Place Lofer for shopping 7km, ski area in front of the hut, trail for cross-country skiing in front of the hut, ski school with childrens area at the gondola lift, hiking trails e.g. the Schönbühel circular hiking trail directly from the hut, serviced hut 700m. Lake 1km, bathing lake Waidring 17km, tennis 8km, golf 24km.

The hut has on the ground floor: large snuggery with seating area, couch, satellite TV, kitchen with electric stove, oven, wood-burning stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. From the own farm bio products. 1 double room, shower/toilet. Upper floor: 1 double room, 1 six-bed room with one bunk bed extrabed shower/toilet. Basement: sauna. Games room with billiardtable. Wood central heating. In front of the hut there is a terrace with seating, a well trough, a grill, deck chairs and a wonderful view.

Electricity 0.50/kWh, local tax currently 1.80, wood 40/week, waste disposal 10, pet 30/week. Final cleaning 80, deposit 250.Luggage transport with snowmobile 60.00/trip, bed linen 10.00/set can be rented, towel set 5.00 can be rented.
