“The holiday house is a chalet/single floor holiday house and is a completely standalone building, as such with no direct neighbours attached to the building.
Next neighbours are to be found to the left and the right of the holiday house at a distance of about 10 meters. Also in the back at the opposite side of the small street, there are neighbour houses.
When people are sitting outside and talk, this can be more or less heard in the house. However, the house was rented the last week of august and it gave the impression that most of the neighbour houses were only populated during the weekend.
This self-catering accomodation is comfortable enough and offers all needed comfort and is well-equipped. The car can be parked just in the back of the house along the quiet street.
The holiday house is a bit old-fashioned but is clean, the rooms are not very big but it is comfortable enough for a single family. There is a very nice panoramic view in front.
The road to the holiday house is at times very steep and single-track.
When you arrive you have to go to the house of the owners in Wolfsberg. These is a very friendly older couple. Then they join you to the holiday-house to show and explain everything and to register the electricity-meter, of course driving their own car.”
