The charming villa is located in a perfect location for those who are eager to spend a quiet vacation away from the big city crowds. The villa has a total of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower, one toilette and an equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. On the lower floor, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with a hydromassage tub and an additional shower, and another bathroom with shower. On the lower floor, there is also one kitchena, a beautiful living room, and an enchanting stone fireplace. The villa offers a beautiful view of the greenery and the outdoor pool. In front of the house is a small covered terrace with a table, which is perfect for spending warm summer evenings with loved ones. There is also a barbecue in the yard, which is available to guests. A beautiful swimming pool and deck chairs next to it promise you rest and enjoyment during your stay at Villa Santa Domenica. There is a children's playground near the pool so that even the youngest have a source of entertainment. There is also a private parking lot in front of the house.
