Charming manor house St. Anna in Torquay

St Anne's Manor is located in the Meadfoot area of Torquay. This means that it is about a fifteen minute walk down to Torquay Harbour with all of its bars, cafes and restaurants as well as Torquay town centre and the main seafront promenade. The Meadfoot area is a peaceful, prosperous neighbourhood. It is also close to Meadfoot beach which is just a ten minute walk from the property. This was one of Agatha Christie's favourite beaches and today boasts a variety of water sports and a beach cafe that opens all year round.

Torquay is on of the UK's leading holiday destinations and is a an all year round resort with a large number of visitor attractions plus plenty of places to eat and drink.

The stunning property is surrounded by 3.5 acres of walled gardens and is accessed via an electric gate. This makes it an ideal place for families who like lots of space to relax.

On the ground floor of the property is a very spacious drawing room which has access onto sun terraces via French doors. Next to this room is another room with a pool table. There is also an enormous kitchen / diner which can comfortably accommodate all ten guests. The ground floor also features a TV room for snug nights in with a favourite movie. There is also a gym on this floor.

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are ensuite whilst the remaining bedrooms have their own bathrooms either next door or directly opposite.

Outside in the gardens is an enormous outside kitchen (available subject to weather conditions and seasons) where guests can enjoy alfresco dining and cooking. There is also a luxury cedarwood hot tub.
