The living area is located right next to the dining area and features a flat-screen TV, PlayStation4 and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two guests. If the sleeping arrangement on the sofa is not ddemed suitable, the offer of the villa includes an extra bed that can be made available to guests. Glass doors from the dining area lead onto a balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The master bedroom is also located on the 1st floor of the Villa. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is an exit to a balcony with garden furniture. For entertainment purposes, guests of Villa Alt have a PlayStation console at their disposal. The courtyard of Villa Alt is fully fenced so that guests have full privacy during their stay at the villa. The main attraction of the outdoor area is the beautiful 44 m2 private swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs so that guests can cool off and lounge by the pool. Guests can also show their barbecuing skills in the courtyard of Villa Alt and dine on fresh air in the outdoor dining area for 8 people. A trampoline is also available for outdoor entertainment. The villa provides 4 private parking spaces.
