Indoor facilities
Spread over two floors in 253 sqm this villa has everything you could wish for. Six airy, elegant, and bright bedrooms with king or double-size beds await you, for a peaceful slumber, after a long day of strolling around the city.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one has an ensuite bathroom and views of the sea from the balcony, something that will attract your attention. The villa on the ground floor is completed with an open-air living space and a highly equipped kitchen that makes cooking meals worth trying. Sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy a cozy night while watching your favourite series, or gather around the dining area and raise a glass of wine while you get to enjoy a good-spirited dinner! The access to the exterior area and the pool is pretty easy from the dining area, with the large window doors making a seamless transition giving you the chance to enjoy the direct connection with nature. 

On the upper floor you will find the rest of the four bedrooms with classy surroundings, that make a grand and welcoming atmosphere, all of them have a unique character that underlines the effort. Three of them are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with shower but all of them have individually controlled A/C. Each floor has a communal bathroom suitable for all the guests.

All 6 bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, king or double beds, individually controlled A/C, and open-type closets. One of the bedrooms on the first floor can be converted into two twins upon request.

Outdoor facilities
Is there any other better place for you to spend your summer vacation rather than by the pool and under the sun? The 800 sqm exterior of our ultimate villa is complemented by a 50 sqm heated swimming pool with a child session, a BBQ area, a living area with a fire pit, and many places to sit and dine. The swimming pool in the exterior area with the crystalline water is the perfect spot for you to have a dip, soak up the Cretan sun, and feel the summer breeze. Curl up in the lounge area next to the fireplace or enjoy your al fresco breakfast and your hot cup of coffee from the private terrace watching the world wake up! Serve homemade meals in the BBQ area that is on the balcony out of the kitchen, indulge in a midday fiesta, or even enjoy a glass of wine under the starlight sky with your loved ones in the sitting area with the firepit. For those who want to keep up with their fitness routine, there is plenty of outdoor gym equipment so that you can catch up with your hobbies even when you are on vacation. Safe to say that there is no need for you to worry about parking space, the villa offers a private area for 3 cars.

***Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15 September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26- 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets with the following guidelines for health and safety: Up to two pets, each weighing no more than 20 kg, are allowed. Pets must be non-aggressive, clean, flea-free, and have proof of current vaccinations. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. Pets should not be on furniture or beds and must be confined during villa cleaning. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros is required, and additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess. Guests may need to sign an agreement accepting responsibility for any damages or disturbances. Free waste bags, water bowls, and a dog bed are provided.
