Your landlords are a friendly private couple, Boryana and Jürgen Römer. Boryana is a trained and practising physiotherapist and Jürgen runs his own vineyard. This Römerhof winery has been proven to produce some of the best Riesling wines in Germany. (Best Riesling at one of the most renowned wine competitions: Mundus Vini 2020) We would be happy to invite you to a wine tasting, a tour of the winery or a vineyard hike. We are both enthusiastic rowers and cyclists (MTB and racing bike). If we have time, we would also be happy to accompany you on a short bike tour or a rowing trip. Other hobbies of ours are skiing, mountain tours, climbing and dancing (especially Boryana). We like to go to concerts and opera performances.

The flat is brand new, with high-quality real oak parquet flooring, modern bathroom with ground-level shower. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with new high-quality mattresses and summer down duvets in comfort size. Should it be a bit cooler, there are also cosy fleece blankets. In addition to free Wi-Fi, there is a flat-screen satellite TV and a music system with radio and Bluetooth. A new, luxuriously equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, egg boiler, high-quality crockery and cutlery, glasses of all kinds and much more of everything than you need Umbrella stand with 2 automatic umbrellas, safe for your valuables and papers, large selection of books, game collections. On request we can provide you with a cot and a high chair in the flat. Balcony with lounge furniture, large garden with lawn. A large garage offers space for your bicycles and a charging station for your e-bikes. A wallbox allows you to charge your electric car. you will find another park-like garden with swimming pool (70 sqm), jacuzzi (4 sqm)

Rattan furniture lounges and sunbeds invite you to chill and sunbathe. The large wine fridge is always filled with the top wines from our Römerhof winery. 24/7 fitness room also in the basement.
