On the 3rd floor of a very beautiful residence, the apartment with its south facing terrace offers a beautiful sea view. From June 15th to September 15th, you can use the heated swimming pool of the residence, but in summer it is reserved from Saturday to Saturday. The residence has a tennis court, parking and bicycle storage.

The beach is located 100 meters below the residence. The activities next to the residence are not lacking: walks (on foot or by bike on marked trails), water activities (surfing, sailing ...) or other activities (balneotherapy, golf, minigolf, playground for children ...).
