The charming old town house, located in the historic center of Friedrichstadt, was built in 1872 and completely renovated in 2019. The adjoining old town house garden is small but fine.

The cottage features an open floor plan:

Large, bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the ground floor. From there you can reach the conservatory of the holiday home with lounge furniture and the utility room with guest toilet. A wooden staircase in the entrance hall leads to the upper floor of the Altstadthus with a reading corner, a modern shower room and the spacious, bright bedroom.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need. From the dining area you have a beautiful view of the conservatory. The living room is comfortably furnished with armchair and sofa. The entire Altstadthus is furnished with a mix of antique and modern objects.

Furthermore, the romantic small garden with bistro table and high-backed chairs invites you to relax and soak up the sun.
