Villa with pool and garden

The standig individually villa, built in 2015 is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Tinjan, 100 m above sea level. The villa is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Pool
