Villa One is located on the island Ugljan, near Preko and is connected by a 20 min. long ferry line to Zadar. This beautiful, luxury villa is located on a beautiful peninsula, surrounded by sea on three sides. The villa offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, with the beach being only 20m away. The private beach for guests is only 6 metres away from the villa.

Villa One is cosy and nicely decorated, and most importantly, it is located in a quiet area that provides you with the necessary rest in absolute privacy and the wonderful atmosphere of this majestic peninsula. The beautiful villa One in Ugljan offers accommodation for 8 people and is located on a completely fenced plot. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped charming kitchen and a sun-soaked dining area, a spacious living area and a terrace with a sea view. The villa also has comfortable 4 bedrooms equipped with double beds and 4 bathrooms equipped with showers.

In the vicinity of the villa you will find numerous places in Ugljan that you might be interested in. While the guests of beautiful villa One enjoy complete privacy, hosts and staff can be reached on request. Nearby is also the famous Olive Island Marina in Sutomiščica which is definitely worth a visit.
