This modern and luxuriously furnished holiday villa is nestled into a green natural landscape at the foot of the mountain Mosor, just outside Srinjine along the sunny south coast of Croatia. It is an ideal place to leave hectic hustle and bustle far behind and to relax without a care in the world.

In the enclosed outdoor area a private pool awaits you with a metal ladder to facilitate entry and an outdoor shower. There is a sun deck next to it with sun loungers for relaxing, affording a view over the sun-blessed valley, the meadows and fields of the village Srinjine. A large parasol provides pleasant shade during the midday hours. You can spend your holiday evenings around the traditional stone grill. If you arrive by car, you can use the parking space in the private garage and there are three further parking spaces right in front of the villa.
The spacious 180m² holiday villa consisting of two separate buildings was newly built in 2016 and is generously equipped for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and wireless Internet access in all rooms. It is spread over two floors and comprises two open living and dining rooms each with a very modern kitchen, four bedrooms and three daylight bathrooms. The living rooms, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor, each provides comfortable sofas, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a USB port, and a dining table with chairs. The white and glossy built-in kitchens are equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with a stainless steel cooker hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The four bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space. The sofas in the living rooms can be pulled out as beds for two further people. All three bathrooms are fitted with a large shower cubicle with a rain showerhead, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Two bathrooms also provide washing machines for your convenience. The lower living room has a safe for storing your valuables securely. All the windows and balcony doors are fitted with fly screens and blinds. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request and plenty of bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
The village centre is about 2km away, just five minutes by car. Here you can find shops, three supermarkets, a bakery, colourful street markets, a post office and a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is about 14km to Omiš and about 16km to Split with its famous Diocletian Palace. In Omiš there is a very well-maintained and clean sandy beach with two little cafés, a jet-ski rental and also rafting, canyoning, kayaking, diving, zipline, banana boat ride, parasailing, boat trips to the islands etc. The nearest bus stop is about 2km away by the main road, with regular connections to Omiš and Split.
