Villa D’Este, situated in Cala Rata, a small inlet off the Harbour of Mahon, nestles into the hillside in a tranquil and most prestigious part of Mahon, Menorca. The villa has outstanding views overlooking the harbour, with views of Isla del Ray and the quiet bay of Cala Rata.

The Villa benefits from a huge open covered terrace with plenty of shade, leading to a large private pool.

Four bedrooms for 8 guests allow families to have their own space while also being able to share the terraces for entertaining.
The principal bedroom also has its own terrace with comfortable terrace furniture. The Garden room, located at the end of the pool is perfect for a couple who like a bit more seclusion.

This is a villa for complete relaxation, in a very peaceful location, with really easy access to the town centre of Mahon.

Large terraces leads out from the dining area and is a perfect place to share an early breakfast, whilst enjoying the morning sun and amazing views of the harbour. Illes de Ray island, in the centre of the harbour can easily reached by boat from the moorings just below the villa.

There are three main dining areas, one inside the villa, the next is what we call the breakfast terrace, this has amazing views of the harbour and finally the large outside dining area located at the rear of the covered terrace with easy access to the outside cooking area.

Menorca is seen as the place to go for a perfect family summer holiday, while being able to enjoy fab sea food, great new dining experiences, stunning beaches and cultural events such as the new Hauser and Wirth are gallery. This makes a perfect family visit, don't forget to book the water taxi.

Rustic style villa with love and care by the owner. Wonderful views over the sea harbour on Mahon, stunning in every way. Fab large private pool 20m x10x approx, depth 70c and 2.3 deep end.with clear water. The pool does not have guard rails, the owners take not responsibility how so ever implied, Its the duty of the rental clients to maintain full vigilance at all times.

All house floors have cool marble tiles, kitchen has marble tops and traditional hand built timber painted cupboards, its fully equipped.
Bathrooms are tiled walls, marble topped vanity units with large mirror.

The house is connected to the outside spaces by large sliding glass doors, these slide open to create a wonderful living area of over 1000m2
