This beautiful holiday home is the right choice for you, if you desire a holiday in peaceful surroundings. The house offers a view of the Mirna river valley, the lake Butonega and the famous town of Motovun. The house is located on the outskirts of the village Livade and 280 metres above sea level. The climate here is very mild. You can enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and the untouched nature. The property is surrounded by a stone wall that provides privacy. In addition, there is an open garden of about 2,000 square metres. The fragrance of the many fruit trees and herbs have a relaxing effect on the body and mind. In front of the house, there is a large saltwater swimming pool and a refreshing hot tub that will provide respite from the summer heat. In the evening, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the starry sky from any of the beautiful terraces. The landscaped garden on multiple levels is conneted by stone steps in order to visually provide a cascading effect. The house was renovated in Venetian style and is equipped with modern furniture. Travel along the biking path of Parenzana, which extends between Groznjan and Vizinada, by bike or on foot. Options of horse riding or enjoying a session at the spa are available at a distance of a few kilometres.
