Welcome to our lovingly restored Eifel farmhouse.
Here, in our beautiful Vulkaneifel, "Jehöschnis" means a special feeling that is best described as "cozy" and "cozy". Here in our small, idyllic Gees near Gerolstein, we look forward to welcoming you to our historic farmhouse. The farmhouse (Anno 1648) was completely renovated by us in 1990 and previously housed our great-great-grandparents, great-grandparents, grandparents and parents. At the beginning of 2023 we decided to convert our granny flat into a holiday apartment. Our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday apartment offers 55 square meters of space for 2 people (max. 3 people). Your feel-good factor is our top priority here.
In addition, the apartment has a separate entrance, which connects directly to your private garden area with a biotope and a cozy barbecue lounge. Here you can relax after an eventful day on additional sun loungers and enjoy nature.

Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 euros per person per night since 1 January 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.

The price includes all ancillary costs such as electricity, water, heating, WLAN, use of the washer-dryer, parking space and final cleaning as well as bed linen. In addition, each guest is provided with 2 hand towels, 2 guest towels, 1 wash mitt and 1 shower towel. Flour, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, cocoa, spices, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, tea towels, paper towels, detergent, soap, shower utensils, toilet paper and facial tissues are also available for you. Our apartment is run as a non-smoking apartment. For this reason, out of consideration for our following guests, we ask for your understanding.
