We warmly welcome you and your children to our loving and spacious holiday home.
The 117 square meter apartment offers plenty of space for 1 - 4 people.
Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Weserbergland, in a quiet and rural area, only 7 km from Hamelin.
The perfect apartment for a holiday in the Weserbergland, whether by bike, motorbike, car, boat or for hiking.

Free parking in front of the house is possible.
Bicycles can be stored dry and safe, the bike path is right in front of the house.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you have access to a covered seating area in the garden,
which can also be used to chill out, as can the lawn of the adjoining garden.
Please note that pets are not allowed.

The final cleaning is included.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels can be rented separately from us.

Shops, Pharmacy, Gas Station and E-charging stations are available in town.

The apartment is on the ground floor but not accessible for wheelchair and was renovated in 2022.
WiFi is available.
All windows can be darkened with external roller shutters.
The rooms are laid out with laminate, the bathroom is tiled.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and much more, so nothing stands in the way of your self-sufficiency.
The two quiet, spacious bedrooms (a double bedroom and a single bedroom) face the garden.
A washing machine, drying rack and ironing board and iron for cleaning your clothes are available.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub.
A spacious, bright living room with TV and a smaller living room with sofa bed complete the ambience.
