The best word to describe Villa Feriatum Lissa would be: unique. The villa was built and furnished according to Feng Shui principles and is truly unique in Croatia with its oval shape.
The rounded lines of the building allow energy to flow more easily into the house, which, according to Feng Shui principles, brings happiness and contentment.
The villa is divided into two fully furnished and equipped residential modules. The living units are named after plants: Lavender and Mimosa and are decorated in the corresponding colors.
The villa has a total of two living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an infrared sauna with ensuite bathroom, where you will also find an exercise bike and treadmill. Both living rooms have access to the pool.
One of the modules is specially adapted for wheelchair users. It is possible to get from the parking lot directly to the living room, bedroom and bathroom in a wheelchair. In addition, the division into two modules allows privacy when the villa is occupied by 2 families or groups of friends.
The villa also has a reception where the owners receive guests and which can serve as an office. The reception is equipped with a laptop, printer and scanner and also has access to the pool.
The villa also has its own charging station for electric vehicles. There are steps next to the pier that allow easier access to the water.
It is also possible to book a berth if you arrive by boat. Please contact us about this in advance.
We have no doubt that your stay in this beautiful villa will be more than enjoyable. Pasman is an island in the north of Dalmatia, south of Zadar. Getting to the island is very easy. From the town of Biograd na Moru you can take the ferry to the village of Tkon, which is on the island of Pasman, or from Zadar to the village of Preko, which is on the island of Ugljan, and then over the bridge to the island of Pasman.
The villa is located on the northern tip of the island in the village of Zdrelac. The place offers sports activities such as cycling, running and various water sports. The place is also ideal for long walks. In the center you will find cafes, bars and shops. We recommend you try the Mediterranean cuisine on offer in the local restaurants. Fantastic beaches await you here. Most of them are located in hidden bays. One advantage of the island is that there is no mass tourism here and you will always find a quiet spot. If you feel like going on an excursion, you can do so from here, as the surrounding islands can be reached quickly and easily. If you are looking for peace and relaxation during your vacation and really want to take a break, the island of Pasman is the place to be.
