Villa Perci offers the perfect retreat just 10 minutes away from Porec, one of the most popular vacation destinations, and is ideal for those who don't feel like cooking while on vacation as there is a konoba/restaurant on the other side of this villa where you can order food and drinks with a 20% discount as the konoba is also owned by the owners of the villa. You do not have to worry about privacy as the konoba has a separate entrance.
The villa is located on the edge of a small village on a 1500 m2 plot and is surrounded by stone walls. You can spend your vacation by the swimming pool or simply relaxing in the sun. The villa consists of two one-bedroom apartments, two separate bedrooms and a larger kitchen and dining area.
There is also a beautiful enclosed terrace with a lounge area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
The first floor is not rented out as this is where the restaurant is located.Perci, a small village on the Istrian west coast, easily accessible from Porec, nestled in the magical surroundings of the Istrian peninsula. Our villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and is only a few minutes drive from the Mediterranean Sea. Porec tourism is more than sea, sun and tourist pictures. Tourists can easily recognize a city that preserves its historical heritage. You will find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The incomparable city center, on a small peninsula surrounded by the sea. Its foundations were laid during the Roman Empire.
