Villa Olive Hill is located in Tucepi, only 300 metres from the sea and welcomes you in a modern and bright living area. This elegant, spacious and tastefully decorated villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 + 2 guests and has 4 modern double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and satellite TV. The ground floor has a bright, comfortable living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one of the double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a separate guest WC. The 1st floor houses the 3 additional double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Apart from the modern and elegant amenities, the absolute jewel of Villa Olive Hill is definitely its large roof terrace with an area of 100 m² which offers a fantastic view of the sea and the village of Tucepi. This makes it an ideal place to relax Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking sea view as well as the view of the Biokovo mountain and olive groves. This villa is located on a plot of almost 500m2 and offers a large, well-kept garden with a beautiful private pool. The barbecue and outdoor dining area offer you the opportunity to prepare your own meals and savour local dishes while enjoying the wonderful view.

Tucepi is part of the Makarska Riviera and is known for its longest stretch of beach in the region, which is about 3 km long. There is a beautiful promenade along the beach and the villa is only 300 m from a beautiful pebble beach and 5 km from the cultural and economic centre - Makarska. As shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance, a car is not essential.
There are many amenities for an active holiday in this area, whether you want to do water sports or visit various cultural sights. Due to the beautiful views, local culinary specialities and quality wines, tourists often visit the hamlets in Gornji Tuepi.
