Welcome to "Lakeview" - the perfect 170sqm holiday home for your next vacation! This spacious and luxurious apartment is very well-equipped with high-quality products, sauna, a large terrace and everything else to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The space:
Located next to the idyllic Lake Constance, you'll enjoy stunning views from every window. Enjoy a lovely time on the large terrace while taking in the picturesque scenery. The apartment is situated close to the city of Constance, which offers a variety of activities for all ages. You can explore the charming old town, visit museums, or take a stroll along the promenade.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with king-sized beds, walk in closet and plenty of storage space. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious, featuring a large bathtub and two separate showers. High-quality linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

The apartment features a modern kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and lounging as well as a large flat-screen TV, perfect for a relaxing evening in. There is also a dining area that seats up to 8, making it easy to enjoy meals with friends and family.

There are numerous further amenities, such as a large sauna, B&O and RUARK music systems and a spacious office. 

There are also two indoor parking spots available plus additional outside parking.
