The property has been renovated with craftsmanship and special attention to detail, using only high quality materials to ensure that the original traditional architectural style of the houses has not been compromised. The interiors have been furnished with great style, as a fusion of vintage style and modern details.Villa Charlotta consists of 3 unique living units and a pool house, which form a completely self-contained unit. The property can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests in 7 stylishly furnished rooms.
The main house (house no. 1) extends over 2 floors. The ground floor welcomes you with a large, fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful dining room where you can enjoy your meals. The two beautiful living rooms with comfortable and stylish lounge sets and satellite TV await you on the 1st floor. One offers an open fireplace for cosy evenings, while from the other you have direct access to one of the terraces where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee. The house has 3 double bedrooms (1 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor) and a single bedroom (2nd floor). There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. This unit can accommodate up to seven guests.
House no. 2 is spread over 2 levels: with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with living room and a small WC on the ground floor. This unit can accommodate a total of four guests.
All the rooms in house no. 3 are on the ground floor. It is actually a fully equipped studio flat (with a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom) suitable for two guests.
House no. 4 is the pool house - also beautifully renovated. It offers a sofa bed for one guest, a toilet and a direct exit to the pool area.
Villa Charlotta is a spacious property with a beautifully manicured garden and several courtyards where you can enjoy many cosy spots. The villa offers a terrace of almost 200m2 - 150m2 of which is covered. A covered terrace with high-quality lounge furniture and a barbecue is ideal for al fresco dining. The large pool is surrounded by lush greenery. The sun loungers are located on the pool terrace and in the covered, shaded area, providing secluded privacy for relaxing while sunbathing or swimming in the pool, overlooking the mesmerising, evergreen nature of Istria. There is an outdoor shower for your comfort and a drinks fridge next to the pool for your convenience. All this makes it an ideal place for families, larger or even smaller groups. Villa Charlotta has a private car park for 4 cars. WLAN is also at your disposal.
