The pool area invites you to relax, cool off and sunbathe on one of the sun loungers. The interior of the villa has a beautiful living room overlooking the pool and garden and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa offers guests 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms and an additional WC are also available to guests. So if you want to experience nature in comfort and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the villa for you! Villa Jana is located not far from the coastal town of Rovinj, but also close to the small town of Kanfanar. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, guests will find many vineyards and olive groves in this region. In addition, the historic buildings of the town and the surrounding area are carefully maintained. In addition to its rich historical and cultural heritage, Kanfanar and its surroundings are known for their excellent and authentic Istrian cuisine. The next larger town, Rovinj, will enchant you with its old streets and charming Mediterranean atmosphere. One of the most beautiful examples of Istrian Baroque architecture is the Church of St. Euphemia. From the church plateau, you can see the vast sea and countless small islands in detail.
