Are you dreaming of a vacation in a beautiful villa in an idyllic village in Istria that is far away from mass tourism, but still offers you the opportunity to reach larger towns such as Porec or Novigrad in a short time? Then Villa Allingas will make your dreams come true.
This modern villa, surrounded by rolling vineyards and olive fields, can accommodate up to eight people and has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Two of the spacious and stylishly furnished bedrooms are located on the second floor, as is the spacious loggia, where you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. The open-plan living, dining and cooking area and two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor. Even at first glance, you will notice that this villa has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. The colors and fabrics are perfectly coordinated and lend the villa an aura of calm and elegance.
Outside the villa, there is a spacious covered terrace and a 33 square meter private pool with a counter-current system, which will provide plenty of fun for young and old. If you fancy putting your culinary skills to the test and trying out some of the many regional delicacies, there is also a barbecue in the garden. Another special feature of this beautiful villa is a charging station for electric cars, which can be used free of charge. The property is also fully fenced and has two parking spaces. Villa Allingas is located in Markovac, which belongs to the municipality of Visnjan. The small village was founded in Roman times and is known today primarily for its excellent wines. The first beach is around ten kilometers away and is located in beautiful Porec. Here you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants and excursion options. The most famous sight in Porec is the Euphrasian Basilica and the surrounding complex of ecclesiastical buildings. When in Porec, be sure to visit the main street Decumanus Corso. This is not only the most important shopping and promenade in the city, it is also home to most of the historic buildings and sights.
