The beautiful Villa Mattuzzi is located near the old town of Pula on a plot of land totaling 18000m2, 1300m2 of which is fenced. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is particularly suitable for a relaxing family vacation as it has a children's playground. Spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones in this beautiful villa in Istria!
The villa consists of two floors, but only the first floor is rented out, while the second floor is closed. The interior of the villa is bright with soft tones. All rooms are located on the first floor, which consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower, and an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a modern tavern with fireplace, dining table and benches, perfect for family meals.
The living area has direct access to the outdoor area with pool and terrace. The beautiful pool also has a Jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. There is also a covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area for 8 people and views of the pool area. The terrace is the perfect place to play a game of table tennis.
You and your children will be amazed by the well-equipped children's playground located next to the house. The playground has a large slide suitable for younger children, while the older ones can play soccer or basketball. While your children are playing, you can sit on the large wooden bench, keep an eye on your children and read a good book.Loborika is a small village in the municipality of Marcana, located just a few kilometers outside the largest Istrian coastal town of Pula. Marcana is a quiet area with unspoiled nature and historical monuments. Here you can really enjoy your peace and quiet. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of peace and private pleasure, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist crowds, while being close to all the major towns in Istria. Pula, the largest city in Istria, is not far from the villa and is world famous for its amazing Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built in the 1st century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespasian. Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique culinary experiences, well known in this part of Europe. Homemade prosciutto (prsut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just a few of the delicacies of true Mediterranean cuisine in Istria. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni.
