It is an Istrian stone house in a quiet location that has been completely restored and yet has lost none of its charm. Up to 5 people can spend a wonderful vacation here.
The entrance area leads directly into the spacious open-plan living and dining area with rustic kitchen. The wooden ceilings in contrast to the light stone and the warm lighting create a cozy atmosphere. It feels like home - make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa and enjoy the soothing warmth of the fireplace on cool summer evenings.
You will find restful sleep in a total of two bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There are also two bathrooms, one of which has a cozy bathtub.
The outside area of the villa is at least as inviting as the inside. Villa Ida has a large terrace with a gas barbecue, rustic dining area and small seating area. You can swim undisturbed in the private pool and enjoy the view of the villa with its charming blue shutters and the well-tended garden. You can then relax on the sun loungers in the shade of the parasols. Do you like reading? There is a Hollywood swing in the garden that invites you to read an exciting book. Come to rest and collect beautiful vacation memories in Villa Ida! Visnjan is a small town in Istria, 12 kilometers from Porec. Picturesque Visnjan has a world-famous astronomical observatory, which hosts long-term international summer programs for young people in the field of astronomy, archeology, marine biology and others. Visnjan is also known for its olive growing and wine culture and is one of the last places of the Istrian autochthonous Boskarin cattle. We would recommend the Borgonia restaurant.
Tourist pearls of Istria - Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Köper, Pirat, Portoroz, Umag and Novigrad are only less than an hour's drive away, so you just have to decide whether you want to meditate among olive trees and vineyards or experience gastronomic highlights and explore the surroundings.
