The modern Villa Tramonto is ideal for guests who prefer a peaceful holiday. The villa offers four bedrooms for eight guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to two additional guests. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished, have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a television. The spacious terrace on the upper floor with wonderful views of the surrounding area is accessible from the villa's garden. Two rooms have access to the terrace and the third room has its own balcony. The open-plan ground floor combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and the living room with TV and Playstation for our younger guests. The whole area is air-conditioned. On the covered terrace with dining table right next to the house, you can try out your cooking skills on the gas barbecue while your loved ones play a darts tournament. In the villa's garden, you can relax on sun loungers by the heated pool while the little ones have fun on the trampoline. In addition to the pool, you can also play volleyball, badminton or football on the villa's large grounds.
The property is partially fenced and offers parking for 4 cars. For guests who want to spend an active holiday, the villa is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes. Adventurers will be delighted by its proximity to the most popular free climbing and paragliding spots. Although the villa is located in a quiet area, the first beaches are only 5 km away and are located in Plomin.
It is only 15 km to Rabac, once a small fishing village that has become a well-known tourist destination due to its beautiful bay and surroundings. If you are looking for cultural and historical sights, we recommend visiting nearby Labin, a medieval mining town situated on a hill above Rabac. Take a stroll through the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the terraces with panoramic views of Rabac and the island of Cres. Opatija, the pearl of the Adriatic, with beautiful old villas and the famous coastal promenade Lungomare is also not far away.
