Spend your vacation in an autochthonous stone villa with a magical aura. Built 100 years ago, Villa Lamija has been lovingly restored using only original materials. The rustic mixture of stone and wood as well as tasteful accessories and furniture create an extraordinary atmosphere. Beautiful round arches, a huge open barbecue, two open fireplaces in the house and an original stone cistern make this property unique.

From sunrise to sunset over the sea, you can enjoy the Istrian sun all day long. Refresh yourself in the attractive private pool and let the sun dry you on the comfortable sun loungers. On the amazing terrace you will also find a covered dining area where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your loved ones. At the back of the house you will also find a covered area with table soccer and a pool table.

Everyone will find their favorite spot in the spacious interior of the beautiful Villa Lamija. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious, fully equipped typical Istrian kitchen. The kitchen with dining area is connected to the cozy living room, which has access to the sunny terrace. On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and access to the private terrace. On the second floor there are two cozy bedrooms with a double bed, each with a private bathroom and terrace. One of these bedrooms also has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. On the upper floor you will find a spacious bedroom with double bed, pull-out couch, fireplace and private bathroom.Villa Lamija is located on the edge of the small village of Susnjici in a dreamlike quiet location, yet not too far from the highway. Porec is only 8 km away and offers all the amenities of an attractive Adriatic vacation: beautiful pebble beaches, restaurants, cafes, museums, galleries and a beautiful, historic old town. In 10 minutes you are at the Limski Fjord, where you can enjoy fresh mussels, and in 20 minutes in the pearl of the Adriatic - Rovinj. Aquapark Istralandia is also just a 20-minute drive away, which is well worth it for a day of fun with the little ones.
