Just 100 meters from the first beach, with sea views from every bedroom and living room, you will find the beautiful Villa Kamik. The villa itself consists of 2 floors, has a 32m2 private pool and a lovingly tended garden. 6 + 2 people can enjoy a wonderful vacation here. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living / dining area and a bathroom. The open-plan living room leads directly onto the terrace which is connected to the garden. The three bedrooms (all with a double bed) and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a terrace overlooking the garden with wild olives and Mediterranean plants. What makes this villa so special is the outdoor area with not only the private pool, but also with Mediterranean plants and orchard with organically grown fruits without any use of pesticides.
Villa Kamik is a beautiful eco-oasis for everyone: people, plants and animals.
The possibility of daily delivery of fresh goat products, milk, cheese, yogurt and eggs from local farmers and ordering organic fruit and vegetables are available on request. The villa is located in a quiet street Kostrena is an old coastal town popular among tourists, located only 9 km from Rijeka, in the Kvarner Bay. The small Kostrena peninsula, which slopes slightly towards the sea, is only 10 km long. The town is known for its beautiful beaches, clear sea and a 3 km long promenade along the coast with restaurants and bars. You can also enjoy diving, sailing, jet skiing as well as cycling and jogging. On the hills above Kostrena you can find archaeological finds, from where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. The beautiful island of Krk and the mountains of Ucka, Platak and Gorski Kotar can be easily reached in about 30 minutes by car.
