The beautiful Villa Pilati is located in the heart of Istria in an idyllic natural setting that offers its guests a garden with vegetables, an orchard with cherries and, of course, a private pool. This villa also offers its guests various sports activities such as table tennis, mini soccer, a trampoline for children, a badminton set, darts and a children's playground with a slide and two swings for the youngest guests. We believe that you can make the most of your time with fun and various activities. Villa Pilati is divided into two floors. The first floor of the villa has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a tavern. On the second floor of the villa there are three bedrooms and a relaxation room. In the outdoor area of the villa there is an infinity pool where you can enjoy the view and sunbathe on sun loungers. The vegetable garden and cherry orchard are just 50 meters from the villa and can be used free of charge. Prepare delicious meals and taste home-grown vegetables and fruit. Various activities and the beautiful natural surroundings of Villa Pilati will give you the vacation you deserve. The nature that surrounds the villa is relaxing and we believe you will enjoy every moment.The beautiful Villa Pilati is located in the heart of Istria in the small village of Pilati, not far from Porec. The nature is truly beautiful and offers guests the opportunity to explore the region and take pleasant walks nearby. It is 25 km from the beach in Porec, where you can enjoy the beautiful stone beaches. If you want to visit local restaurants and cafes, be sure to visit Karojba, 2 km from the villa, and try typical Istrian specialties. Only 50m from the villa there is a garden with home-grown vegetables and cherry trees that adorn this beautiful landscape.
