Villa Florinda Mofardini is a beautiful property. Situated on more than 1500 m², surrounded by a well-kept garden and with a traditional and rustic, yet modern and sophisticated look. This is a 3-bedroom villa for a maximum of 6+2 people. On the first floor you will find two well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while the ground floor offers space for the third bedroom as well as the living and dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The entire villa is flooded with light, as is the exterior when the Istrian sun shines high and the water in the pool reflects the rays of light. The exterior of the villa is truly enchanting, with the pool and the pavilion right next to it. The gazebo offers enough space for a dining table where the whole group can be seated, right next to the barbecue, while everyone savours a delicious and typical Istrian dish prepared directly on the barbecue. Savour it! This place offers peace and quiet away from the crowds, yet is only a short drive away from Istria's biggest tourist centres of Porec and Rovinj. The villa is situated in a location that is ideal for many excursions, whether you are more interested in nature, gastronomy, culture or entertainment. We recommend that you visit romantic Rovinj and Pula. Pula is the largest Istrian city and is known for its amphitheatre, which hosts numerous concerts by world stars during the summer months. If you are looking for beautiful and undiscovered medieval towns and a first-class gastronomic experience, head inland to towns such as Motovun and Groznjan.
