The LiFarm is a traditional half-timbered house, built in 1888. Renovated in 2023, this is where the idea and implementation of three modern and fully furnished holiday apartments arose. The spacious property (almost 6000 square meters) and the orchard in the immediate vicinity offer peace and quiet in the middle of the nature of the Weserbergland and offer many opportunities for leisure activities for young and old. The view from the grounds and from the apartments is fantastic whatever the weather.
Your holiday apartment is located between Hameln, Hessisch Oldendorf and Aerzen. Not only is shopping possible here, but there are also numerous sights on offer. The Pied Piper of Hameln is known worldwide, and the Hameln Christmas market is certainly one of the most beautiful in Germany. But the medieval old town offers everything you could expect from a historic city all year round. There are numerous restaurants and large and small shops.
The Weser cycle path is located along the Weser. From here, great excursion destinations can be reached by bike. Sightseeing and sporting activities can be combined in a pleasant way. For golfers, the Schwöber Castle golf course is only 3km away. In summer you can use the Halvestorf forest pool (approx. 4km).

Our holiday apartment on the ground floor. The largest of the three apartments (90sqm). A spacious living room (pull-out sofa) and two bedrooms (parents' bedroom with a large double bed and a "children's" bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out sofa) offer enough space for up to 5 adults for a relaxing holiday. You can end the evening comfortably with the whole family in front of the 55-inch TV.

A large bathroom has the option to wash and dry your laundry. The washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment and do not need to be shared with other guests.

The fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.). is large enough not only to prepare food with the family, but also to dine comfortably.

The high-quality equipment starts with the real wood parquet oak Katura floor coverings in all living rooms and high-quality tiles in all other areas.

A terrace and use of the garden round off the options. Depending on the season, you are welcome to pick your own fruit in the orchard meadow, which is within walking distance (approx. 500m).

Pets are allowed after consultation.

You don't need to worry about parking with us, each holiday apartment has its own parking space in the yard right next to the house entrance.

A deposit of 30% will be charged upon booking.
The full rental price is due 4 weeks before the start of the trip and must be transferred to the LiFarm account. If a booking is made to begin the journey within four weeks, the entire travel price is due upon booking.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 90 days before arrival, after which the 30% deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs 4 weeks before arrival, the entire travel price will be retained. Rebookings at another time, subject to availability, can be offered by LiFarm.de. There is no legal claim.
There will be no refunds for NoShow.
We at LiFarm.de are always interested in happy guests and will always try to find solutions to difficulties. Talk to us early and at any time.
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Departure is possible until 11:00 a.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
The keys will be handed over personally upon arrival.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €8 per day/pet.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge).
