The standig individually mobilehome is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the sunny location at the water. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Charcoal and electric grills are prohibited. A gas grill can be rented from reception for a deposit of €50.00 and a fee of €15.00. The baby kit can be requested for a fee of €28.00 per week, which includes a baby bed and a high chair for children under 3 years of age.

The heated outdoor pool is accessible to people aged 16 and over and is open from around April 17th to October 19th. The water is only heated in spring and autumn. The unheated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone and is open from around May 17th to September 21st. When the unheated outdoor pool is closed, the heated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone. Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area. There is a separate area for children and babies in the outdoor pool.
