Our family-friendly, quiet flat allows you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Pets are welcome here, and we even offer loving care for your pets for an extra charge. Our central location in the centre of the Ötztal makes us the ideal starting point for many activities. The Ötzi village, birds of prey park, swimming lake, Stuibenfall, shops and the bus stop are all within walking distance. The top cross-country skiing and skiing areas of the Ötztal are easily accessible with the free ski bus.

The flat on the ground floor (approx. 80 m²) with own entrance has the following amenities: 2 double rooms, a living room with pull-out sofa (sleeping possibility for the 5th and 6th person) and dining area, bathroom with shower, separate WC, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine).
