Our with 4 edelweiss awarded organic farm is located about 3 km from the centre of Abtenau in a very sunny an quiet area with a stunning mountain panorama. We offer one comfortable holiday apartment (non smoking apartments) with one, two or tree bedrooms, each with twice or three shower, toilet and balcony. Spend your evenings on our cosy sheltered terrace with barbecue. For breakfast we spoil you with our own organic products of our farm such as milk, butter and bread. Our house is the ideal starting pint for many excursions and hikes. In both summer and winter there are many opportunities to play sports (300m to the cross-country trail), to relax or to explore nature. On the ground floor of our house there is a large lounge with satellite TV, which you can use for sociable hours in the group.
Summer or winter, the holiday at Unterwötzlhof becomes an experience for the whole family.

Apartment Traunstein offers approx. 50 m² space for 3 - 4 people and is equipped with:
1 triple room, 2 showers and 2 toilets.
Kitchen with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and all important crockery.
Living-kitchen with dining area, couch (extendable) and flat screen TV and radio
South-facing balcony with comfortable seating is available to you alone.
