The Penthouse extends over the entire rooftop of Residence Ardua ( Ardua = steep from Latin, in this case the steep terrain in which the building was constructed ). The building was built according to the latest standards of climate house NATURE A and has artificial ventilation with heat recovery, special use of acoustic materials and heating with solar system. A few meters from the Residence there are - the cable car that takes you to Verano and the Merano 2000 plateau in seven minutes. - tennis courts - bus stop to Bolzano and Merano - cycle path to Bolzano and Merano - bar and pizzeria Since the building was constructed on very steep terrain, the upstream rear part of the Penthouse has a large outdoor wellness area with a whirlpool for five people, various relaxation options and a grill area where guests can grill all year round. The external part towards the valley, on the fourth and last floor of the Residence, enjoys a magnificent view over the entire Burgraviato (territory that indicates the many castles in the surrounding area) up to the Mendola mountain.  The outdoor area towards the valley has a covered living area with a table for six people that can be closed in case of wind, rain, heat or cold with a simple click of the remote control. The further outdoor yon towards the south - west is completely covered in which is positioned the panoramic sauna completely made of glass, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. A relaxation area dedicated to the sauna with outdoor shower and curtain closures will allow you to stay in a completely private all this area. The interior of the Penthouse covers 100 m² with a living room fully glazed to the west giving you the feeling of living outside and experience in a unique way all the panorama of the surrounding valley. In addition to the kitchen there is also a bar area with four seats.  The sleeping area has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is connected directly with the room. The shower in this bathroom gives the possibility to take a shower and admire the surrounding mountains.  An additional toilet with washing machine, drying rack etc. is dedicated to daily needs. The whole apartment has adjustable LED lighting, in addition to the living room with a 75" TV, the bedrooms and the outdoor living area also have 50" TVs.  Accessory parts to the Penthouse are a very spacious garage, a game room with table football and table tennis and the possibility of charging for electric bikes.
