They are housed in an old building. The large communal enclosed garden of 3,000 m² is equipped with garden furniture and planchas. There is a shared car park. The owners' residence is on the first floor of one of the gîtes. Chickens, roosters, geese and pigs are kept out of sight. Access to the property is via tarmac paths. The gîte is on the ground floor, on one level (2 steps) and adjoining another gîte. The living room opens onto the private, unenclosed terrace (garden furniture), the kitchen area is equipped with a side table for the dining area, the bedroom has 1 double bed, an alcove with a single bed, bathroom and separate wc.
