Discover the serenity and charm of our country house, located in the heart of Coín, just 15 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of the city and shopping centres such as La Trocha.



Perfectly positioned, our house offers easy road access to both the picturesque inland countryside and the vibrant coast of Malaga, both of which are only 20 minutes away (see driving distances from the property at the end of the advert).



Accommodation is subject to a security deposit which must be paid in advance and must be paid prior to check-in. After checking out of the accommodation, a refund will be ordered after 48 hours.

Although the access road is mostly asphalted, please note that it has some irregularities; however, vehicles such as cars, SUVs or caravans can drive on it without any problems.



Our house, distributed over two floors, offers a practical and cozy layout: the upper floor houses an open space that combines a living room and kitchen-dining room, while the ground floor is reserved for relaxation, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The outdoor area, with its large pool and barbecue, promises to be the setting for unforgettable family moments.



Upon arrival, you will be welcomed in the inner courtyard, which will offer you a first glimpse of the peace and comfort that characterise our house. The fully equipped kitchen and the living room, with access to a covered terrace, guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay. And on colder days, you can enjoy the cosy warmth of our wood-burning fireplace (wood is not included in the price).



Safety is a priority, which is why the bedrooms are accessible via a secure spiral staircase. Each room, with a queen-size bed, offers access to the outdoor terrace and modern amenities to ensure your comfort. Adjustable air-conditioning ensures a pleasant stay at any time of the year, and one of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom for privacy.
