Welcome to our home in Grand Prairie, TX, nestled in a mature neighborhood with towering trees. Conveniently located near the Hwy 360 and I-30 intersection.
Our guests enjoy a private, peaceful, and safe single family home with a comfortable vibe.

If you like to be close to the fun but be able to slip away to wind down in your own private oasis getaway, this is the one for you.

An amazing open floor plan that you can personalize to your needs. Beds are all super comfy with a TV in every bedroom.

NOTE: Prefer to go out to eat or order in? There are hundreds of choices. Take in some of the best restaurants in the USA, most within a 20 minute drive. DFW is widely renowned for top tier chefs and restaurants (Texans love to eat, especially BBQ and Mexican food). If going out for a nice meal is your thing, the restaurants in DFW won’t disappoint.

If you arrive by car, we have parking available for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage for a total of 7 parking spaces.

SMOKING POLICY
No Smoking Indoors or in the Garage.
Smoking is permitted outdoors. We have conveniently located ash trays around the property and they are Self-Service ashtrays. You must clean out any butts and other smoking related materials and dispose of them in the trash prior to check out.
This area of our neighborhood is Smoker-Friendly, so our backyard is a good place, just don’t be obnoxious about it.

No Parking on Street
Please park in the driveway. City of Grand Prairie regulations do not allow short term rental guest parking on the street.

NO PARTIES / LARGE GATHERINGS
Large unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property without our prior written approval. We want you to have a great time at our place but we also value our neighbor’s right to a peaceful neighborhood. Reports and confirmation of unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancelation of any remaining portion of the reservation and will result in additional charges for any fines or damages.

POOL
The 114 cubic meter pool is for your private use only. It is 1000 cm x 600 cm and it is 275 centimeters deep, with a diving board. Be aware, our Pool is very deep (275 cm). It is designed for adult use so please be very cautious with small children and NEVER leave them unsupervised. The pool is NOT equipped with an alarm so please take all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. DO NOT swim alone, always have someone watching.

ENTERTAINMENT
TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Our High-Speed WIFI will handle multiple devices at one time, although we can’t guarantee any specific performance. Login info provided in Welcome book.

NOISE LEVEL MONITORING
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask that you comply with the local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Our neighbors are fairly tolerant of lower level noise and backyard activity between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. After 10 pm, the outdoor noise level must be no louder than a quiet conversation. Please also be cautious of the volume of music and TV inside our home as well, although our home is well insulted, high-volume levels will disturb neighbors.

SPECIAL NOTES:
Our pool is professionally maintained weekly and we swim in it every day, weather permitting, when home and have for the last 23 years. We are the owners of the home, raised kids here and do come back frequently.

The home is equipped with 4 Blink cameras outside and 1 inside the garage. Other than the 1 camera in the garage, there are no interior cameras. We do not monitor the cameras unless notified of an issue, they are set to motion activate and record for liability purposes.

If you notice something during your stay that requires quick or immediate attention, or any attention at all for that matter, please contact us directly as soon as possible. This helps us maintain high standards for all of our guests.

In town for a Dallas MAV’s game? Local hack: Taking the TRE makes it a quick, easy and a low stress event. There are 2 TRE train stations within 10 minutes of our home (free parking at the train station and low round trip fares to both Dallas and Fort Worth make this a very attractive option for those not interested in braving the traffic and parking in downtown)

For fans of the Arts, see who’s playing at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, catch a concert at Texas Trust CU Theatre, AT&T Stadium or the AA Center in Dallas. If you’re visiting during the holiday season, be sure to check out the Prairie Lights display, or drive over to see the lights at Interlochen in Arlington. The Fort Worth Ballet offers amazing holiday performances too.
