The apartments Mario are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor of a newly built detached house (2007) in the village Valkarin approx. 6 km from Porec and its beaches.
On the 2000 sqm large garden there's a parking place and barbecue for the guests of the apartments. Next to the enclosed garden of the house passes a bike road which connects Valkarin with Porec (3 km).
Apartment Mario 3 on the ground floor for 4 people, with a living area of 60 sqm. It consists of an air-conditioned kitchen with dining area and living room with sitting set - all in the same space, shower/toilet, one double bedroom with double bed, one double bedroom with single beds, terrace with sitting furniture.
Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
